This is a beautifully shaped ornament. In vintage catalogs This looks to be Shiny Brite Wine Keg Ornament. The cap says Made In USofA, but caps can be changed and I give no guarantee it is an actual Shiny Brite and not just a vintage ornament. There is a chip in the top rim, hidden by the cap. The blue is faded to silver on one side. A few spots yellow paint have been scratched off. Please see photos as they are part of the description
