Return Policy

We do accept returns of items damaged 10 days after carrier states it was delivered.  You must contact us as soon as you notice a problem.  We will require photos of the package it was shipped in and/or photos of the item's damage. We may require you to mail item back to us at our expense if item is truly damaged and we are at fault.  Under no exception will we accept return of epoxy tumblers, mugs, shot glasses, unless there is a defect we recognize

If you change your mind and do not want the item anymore, you may return for a refund, but you must pay return shipping and if item is damaged during shipping a refund will not be given, so purchase shipping insurance to be safe.
