The ornamanet is in fair condition. There are areas of discoloration and areas of the stencil that has worn off. t has a cap that says Shiny BritenMade in U.S.A. it isb2 1/2" in diameter. It glows an orange pink under UV light. When buying vintage ornaments, you may be getting discoloration, paint loss, crazing, please be aware of this before ordering.
