This Creamer is 4 1/2" tall. The bottom is hard to read but I believe it says PATENTED USA. The paint is in good condition. It is a bit crusty dirty underneath the top lip inside and I did not scrub on it or soak it, because It does have a very thin hairline crack from top lip down about 3/4 inch.
