I was unable to find any information about this piece. It is too big to be a candle stick holder but too small to be votive holder. Maybe a shot glass? It's top opening is a but over 1 " but not quite 11/4" it is a bit over 2" tall. It has made in Japan sticker. The Joy is a bit yellowed. I dont see any chips or cracks, there is a small hole likely made in production by a tiny bubble. Therr is a rough spot on the back, once again looks like a small hole made during molding. It needs cleaned. Please look closely at the photos as they are part of the description and show you what you will recieve.
