This is an older knee hugger elf or pixie. His cheeks glow under black light. He is 4" tall and 1 1/2" wide at bottom. His hat has some stains that are maybe glue residue. His white hand area also has a brown stain. There are dark stains on his feet. Please see photos as they are part of the description.
