This is a musical powder box from 1930s it is made from aluminum possibly metal in the base more likely aluminum. It has a little spot for your powder puff to go. When you put the lid on the music stops. It's a beautiful green. It is in good vintage condition I don't see any dents or scratches. There are 3 spots of paint loss I see, note the last 3 photos.
