This grater is a great piece for vintage kitchen decor. It says made in France on the front. It does turn. It has patina and just a touch of rust. The barrel can come out so you can witch the handle to use right handed or left handed. The knob has a bit of red left, mkst is faded. Please see photos as they are part of the description..
