Vintage Floral Frog With Metal Pins and Plastic Base ff65

This vintage flower frog just needs a little cleaning. He has no cracks or chips in his plastic base. He has no pins missing. It is 3 1/4" diameter and 3/4" tall. Please see photos as they are part of the description.
