This is in good vintage condition. It does not have a hanger. It is 3" tall a bit over 2 1/2" wide. The chinelle pipe cleaner has stripes! The snowman is a hard celluloid plastic. The oval backing and bow are plastic. I do not see any missing sections from the oval, bow or snowman. The tree looks a little squished where the snowman is laying.
