This shaker and condiment set is in good condition. I see no chips, cracks, major scratches. There are some areas of rust in the tray on the bottom. t includes its tiny spoon. I would put cinnamon in that container for morning oatmeal, maybe it held sugar but its not very big. The tray is 5 3/4" long and just under 2" wide. To the handle it is 2" tall, to the top of the shakers is 2 1/2". Made in Hong Kong. Please see photos as they are part of the description
