Vintage Christmas Tree Topper made by Santa Trim. The star is in great condition I don't see anything broken or wrong with it it plugs in and works great. It has the little bulb in there so you can turn it to flashing if you want it flashing it has its original box, but it has been taped, possibly has some water damage and the front clear film looks like a bulb popped through it.
