Vintage Christmas Hallmark Santa’s Little Helper ELF Mini Stocking Hanger. He is in good condition. Does not have a box. There is some green scratches around his left eye. Possibly paint or pen. Probably his undercover and these are scratches. The same thing is present on the back of his hat. I did not have luck getting off with a baby wipe and did not try anything else for fear of hurting him. Please see photos.
