This is a vintage black glass flower frog it does have 16 holes there are a few minor chips, a tiny possible crack between the two holes but it could just be part of the mold when it was made. please see photos as those are part of the description it has a domed top it is 4 1/4 in in diameter and one and a quarter inch tall.
