This ornamanet is 1 3/4" It has a cap that says Shiny Brite Made in USA. It has some areas of discoloration. There is a rounded chip at the mouth. There are no cracks or chips beyond that. It glows an orange pink glows under uv light. When buying vintage ornaments you are getting and old glass ornamanet it could have chips at the mouth, crazing, crackling, paintloss, and loss of mica.
