This is a set of aluminum twist Icicle. These were is a box from an estate sale found under the stairs and not opened for years. The colors are light and scratches. There are 8 blue. 7 pink. 9 silver. 3 gold. They do not have hangers, but they do have a slot for attaching a hanger. Please look at photos closely so you can see the concerning areas.
