This plate is 9 and 3/4 inches. It is a beautiful blue ornmayve teal blue pattern on white.
There is just a little bit of wear in the gold on the edge. There are 4 little spots on the back, that are odd, lmost feels like it was made during manufacturing, but could be chips. Please see photos as they are part of the description.
