Condition is fair with some damge in spots.. Cover is shelf worn with some staining and soiling. There are holes and scuffs along the binding. The back cover is missing a bit from the top edge of the cover. There is staining from the cover on the first and last 5 or 6 pages worse on pages immediately touching the cover. There is a name in pen on the first page. It is 5" tall and just under 3 1/2" wide. Please see the photos as they are part of this description and important for you to see.
