The ornamanet is in fair vintage condition, with discoloration. The stencil is mostly intact, there are just a few areas of loss. It has a cap that says Shiny Brite Made in U.S.A. It is 2 1/2" diameter. it has a pink orange glow under UV light. When buying vintage ornaments, you may be getting discoloration, paint loss, crazing, please be aware of this before ordering.
