This is an older set of knobs with a lock. Knobs turn the mechanism. Knobs appear and feel like porcelain with no cracks, and no chips I can obviously feel, but both knobs have some paint on them, the white one worse than the black one. One side of lock is black and rusty and one is painted tan. Please see photos as they are part of the description.
