The inside pages of this book are in good condition, I don't see any major rips, stains or wear. The front and back cover have a lot of shelf wear with tears to the corners and edges. There is some staining inside cover and some on back cover. It is a neat book worth reading with your loved ones at Christmas. Please see photos.
