This book is just under 6" tall 4 1/4" wide 3/4" deep. It has 274 pages and with a quick thumb through ot is likely all the pages are there. There is a name with a date of July 16, 1896. It has stains and warping, especially the back cover that are likely due to some water damage. There are pencil marks and/or either orange highlighter or crayon on several pages. The ribbon, fabric or paper on the back is lifting. The outside of the book has a lot of character with its two different patterns. It does have lots of shelf wear and damaged corners.
