The ornamanet is in fair vintage condition. The stencil is mostly intact, there are just a few areas of loss. There are two spots that appear to be masking tape. It has a cap that says Shiny Brite Made in U.S.A. It is 2 1/2" diameter. it has a pink orange glow under UV light. When buying vintage ornaments, you may be getting discoloration, paint loss, crazing, please be aware of this before ordering. Please see photos as they part of the description.
