Vintage Pinecone Elf Gnome Dwarf with Maracas Band Ornament Chenille Green Hat Plastic Face Mica Putz elf6

This little elf is 2 3/4" tall. I do not believe it is his original base. He is in good condition except for the base. Please look at all photos as they are part of the description
