This fan is in fair condition, the colors are beautiful and crisp. The top edge of the fan is discolored. There is a crease in the middle. There is a tear on the bottom to the right of the stick. There are several small areas on the back where the paper is ripped up. The stick has a few white marks on it. It is 11 1/8" tall and 6 7/8" wide Please see photos as they are part of the description
