This is the annual white house historical association christmas ornament. It is beautiful and full of detail. It is in new condition, I do not know if it was used or not. It has its original box. Please see photos as they are part of the description. This ornamanet does have the little booklet about President Chester A. Arthur and his Christmas in the white house.
