It has no makers mark that we can read, but it is vintage and is a little dirtier than the other apothecary jars we have. It is a touch over 4 " tall and diameter at the bottom is 1 1/2" we have another jar that is item g123 this bottle is a little shorter and a little narrower than those bottles
