Where it's age this looks pretty good the cover is intact except for a quarter of an inch tear at the top and someone has written their name in pencil it's not very noticeable and I believe it could be erased that I did not attempt it it is a pretty cover be great framed. The inside is connected together and appears to be in pretty good shape the back cover is not attached to the front cover and there is a rip in the back please see the photos as this is part of the description
