Similar to our Lasagna but we take a noodle, frost it with ricotta cheese, egg and parsley and roll it up. 12 rolls up to a pan. We then cover it with a beef Marinara Sauce and top it with Mozarella cheese and parsley. You bake 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Easily serves 4 with 3 rolls ups each. Add rolls or garlic bread for a more complete meal.
